    Service center is expensive....75 dollars is a bit much for a routine oil change. I wouldn't have been so mad except that they forgot me and almost locked me in the building while I was waiting

    Service staff is great. They were able to ger to my car faster then anyone else and I had it back in no time!

    Walked in today with a plan and a will to test drive a truck. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting so I guess they don't need the business. Take my money and my trade elsewhere. Local dealers have dropped the ball again. Will stay with Berlin City. Responded to their email about this and no answer so they obviously don't need me. If they can't be bothered to sell a vehicle, how do I trust they will take care of me afterwards.
